Our expanded color palette featuring a darker more winter or autumnal take on the pattern, a likely fit for Halloween. With a moody in all the right ways grey backdrop reminisent of a haunted mist rolling over the hills, offset by bright rust tone leaves and contrasting deep purple bird cages. "Free to Fly," our heritage print, is inspired by the astounding and colorful tapestries and frescoes of stately European château garden rooms—playful spaces that bring the outdoors in and encourage conversation and levity, perhaps with an afternoon cocktail shared over the gossip of the day.
The artwork itself features hand-drawn crows perched freely on maple branches, accented by decorative birdcages. Did they escape? Were they set free? Is it an offering of safety and a home nearby? We like to leave it up to the viewer's interpretation; beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all. Care instructions
- Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
